Maybe home is somewhere I’m going

What is “home”? A house with four walls, a family, a place you were born in, an important person, a feeling? I don’t know. Maybe all that in suitable proportion.

Mystery on the plate

As the most of us, I’ve used to see guinea pigs in cages, cared as household pets. Traveling to South America made me see it from a different angle: as a food source. Of course we wanted to try it.

People often like to talk about the carbon footprint of air traveling. Flying around the world is not the most ecological way to travel, but sometimes you really don’t have a choice. Except to stay at home.

Wherever you go, go with all your heart

Few days ago I felt like being in the top of the world. My trip to Peru and Machu Picchu was amazing and I enjoyed every moment. It almost felt like too much of everything for a one small person.

How did I get so late so soon?

I joined the Photography 101 knowing that I won’t be able to post a thing for a week or two because I was travelling. Now I’m back and my good old Samsung phone is full of beautiful pictures. 

So, I have a lot of catching up to do, but I’m sure that some snaps are perfect for this challenge – I can’t wait to share it!

Where’s the rush?

Every morning at six o’clock it started. And then again at 4 pm. The rush hour. Cars diving fast and honking continuously.

And after one hour – nothing. Surreal.

Dive in

Just outside the busy city of Lima we found a totally different world at Ñaña. A great place for resting before the real adventure.
